Scottish Arts Club - Inês Soares, violin & Baichuan Hui, piano
New duo, violinist Inês Soares and pianist Baichuan Hui in debut concert at the Scottish Arts Club sponsored by the Scottish Arts Trust.
Newly formed duo by violinist Inês Alves F. Soares and pianist Baichuan Hui warmly invite you to their debut concert at the Scottish Arts Trust. In this rich programme, the duo presents works by Mozart, Lutosławski, Judith Weir, Arvo Pärt, Bohuslav Martinů and James MacMillan, which are connected through their rhythmic vitality, expressive intensity, and richly distinctive sound worlds. Featuring works by composers from various generations, the duo will also play a work newly composed by Royal Conservatoire of Scotland composer, Andrew Jacob, bringing a fresh contemporary voice to an evening of energy and atmosphere.

Dining Events
The Scottish Arts Club hosts various dining and evening events, such as the annual St. Andrew’s Night dinner, and other events like concerts and talks. The Dining Room can accommodate formal dinners of up to 50 but can be partitioned for more intimate events
